requested repeat prescription on Wednesday and was given estimated ready date as the following Monday. on Tuesday phoned pharmacy who said they did not regularly check the app and the prescription had not been asked for. therefore did not make my life simpler and ended up needing an emergency prescription. actually making everything more stressful . will not be using again

I have been charged twice. The App was late processing my request which meant I was without medication for a day. I have still not received a refund of the additional £18.70 I have been charged.

I ordered with a week before my medication ran out. The App sent to my GP without my name or details so it was not processed. I fortunately chased it as I had not received updates from the App so only was 1 day without my medication however this caused severe anxiety and depression to me. Very very poor and bad 👎 practice by Healthera. Would not recommend you unless I receive some communication and explanation

I think there was a mix-up. I'd paid for delivery of items and then another prescription was required and I received a come and collect message. As I needed it ASAP I collected both prescriptions, and should've asked for delivery fee to be refunded but forgot. However staff are lovely and always try to help as much as they can.
