“I have been struggling to fill my prescriptions at another pharmacy, queuing a total of over 7 hours over four days and still short on some items. Peak Pharmacy on Church Street, Runcorn was 10 minutes, would have been quicker but for a very minor problem. So very happy to be texted when my full prescription was ready and very short wait time to pick it up in the Pharmacy. Only complaint is that your app has duplicated all items of medication. Have to double check I don't make duplicate requests and to ensure I do not miss any medication I may need. Otherwise a five star review would have been given.”

“Although I find it much better to be informed when my prescriptions are ready for pick up I do have one problem with the app. All my prescriptions are there in triplicate, meaning I have to be careful not to order double what I need and even more careful not to miss anything off. I have 9 prescriptions, but the app lists 27 prescriptions so you may understand that it can be a little confusing to be certain I have everything correct.”

“Email received to say I needed to verify request with Pharmacy. Difficulty trying to contact Pharmacy via phone due to volume of customers. Went to Pharmacy today to verify & turns out prescription had been completed & no verification required, but no email to suggest this was the case. Staff always very friendly & helpful though.”
