- Angela J.Delays to request getting to surgery due to incorrect surgery address set up in app. No updates to status on app - had to phone surgery and pharmacy to chase status. No pharmacist available when I went to collect medication so pharmacy closed. Had to return the next day during my work day. Whole process took more than 2 weeks and I was close to running out of HRT. Sorry to whinge but I thought an app was supposed to help the process.

- Patrick M.your app can be useful but it needs to keep up to date. we collected the items then 2 days later the app told us they were ready for collection. also any past collections need wiping as it can be confusing to see old orders still on the app. And now the Submit Button doesn't work!
