waited 2 weeks, then told that the order had not come through and to contact GP contact GP on 5th by email, checking back on the app today (6th) it is telling me that I have collected it. I have not collected it,have run out of tablets and this app is absolutely rubbish.

I ordered my prescription through the app. unfortunately you didn't tell me it was ready so I had to chase you up. Not ideal!
