We offer a range of vaccines to protect the most precious members of your
family whether they’re a toddler or a teenager. Whether these are vaccines
for travel or ones that they may have missed from their immunisation
programme, get in touch and it’s likely that we can help. Vaccines we offer
include*:

- Flu (Seasonal)

- Meningitis ACWY

- Vaccines for travel

Seasonal Influenza (Flu) vaccination is available every year to help protect both adults and children at risk of flu and its complications.

We are famous for our convenient and efficient flu vaccination service. Every
year from September onwards we offer a comprehensive NHS, private and
occupational flu vaccination service for our community and the surrounding
areas.
We offer a drop in service to suit you, with short waiting times and high levels
of patient satisfaction.

Please inquire in store for more information or if using the calendar to book a delivery slot, we will attempt to delivery your prescription as near to the requested time as possible, although this may not always be possible.

We collect prescriptions from Castlegate and Derwent surgery every day and
are able to receive electronic prescriptions from any surgery in the country.
So even if your GP isn’t in Cockermouth, you can still have your prescription
dispensed by us. If you wish for your prescription to come to us then please
make your GP surgery and us aware of this and your request should be
respected.
We have a FREE delivery service available five days per week. This service
covers a wide area but if you live a distance away from Cockermouth then
please get in touch to see if we deliver to your area.

If you are planning on travelling outside of the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world. Please contact us to confirm your specific needs.

We operate the popular Cumbria Travel Clinic (cumbriatravelclinic.co.uk) from
within our pharmacy, offering the option of booking an appointment or just
dropping in if our travel pharmacist is available.
We stock a range of vaccines at competitive prices and our trained
pharmacist is able to tailor advice and recommendations to suit you and your
itinerary.
