I had to chase the pharmacy for my delivery and my fridge items were forgotten and had to be delivered later that day

USELESS! day 3: order approved. day 5: order prepared, out for delivery, order complete. day 6: nothing. phoned pharmacy: order appears as 'out on delivery' but they haven't prepared it yet. WASTE OF TIME! If I hadn't phoned I would still be waiting for my medication. might as well have just phoned in first place.
