Seasonal Influenza (Flu) vaccination is available every year to help protect both adults and children at risk of flu and its complications.

The best way to help protect yourself and others around you from flu is to get a flu jab every year. Over time, as the flu strains in circulation change, protection from the flu jab decreases, meaning a previous flu jab might not protect you from this year's strains.

3. Attend your appointment and get your jab.
