Unfortunately I could not collect my medication due to the pharmacy not having a pharmacist on sight even though it had already been signed off and in the bag to just hand over But using the app was good quick and easy

Rubbish. Took a week and a half. When queried via the chat function- was asked how did I order it. Was it not obvious?? Worst service received for along time. I wouldn't give any stars if the form allowed me!

I have a 6-month rolling prescription from my GP Surgery. I have been able to order my prescriptions each month by phoning the pharmacy and they have been ready for collection two working days later. Using this app for the first time to place my order was quick and easy (after setting it all up) but instead of bring ready within 2 days I now have to wait a week or so. Your system requires my GP to authorise all over again the prescription he/she has already issued, which causes unnecessary delays and means I have to plan my ordering further in advance.
