I’m going back to ordering through the surgery web site as I have immediate feedback on the status of my order. I then thought it would be an easy option to have delivery but this isn’t possible until the order status is confirmed, then I thought “I’m going to be out a lot so a choice of delivery would be difficult “, I decided to pick up the prescription and cut out any ambiguity. In the end I decided not to be lazy and go back to how I’ve been ordering my prescriptions. I did like that the app notifies you when the order has been subscribed but this has never been an issue for me.
