I am delighted with the medical delivery service by Peak Pharmacy. The parcel was placed in our post box which was very convenient. Previous deliveries by our previous supplier were not delivered but returned to the sorting office for me to collect - which defeats the object of a delivery service. I’m hoping that future deliveries are executed in the same fashion. The use of Royal Mail couriers concerns me as I’ve found that they are unreliable - for example my wife is expecting a delivery and she’s been given a time slot of 08:00am until 18:00pm. She has mobility issues and can’t move quickly - to get to the door before a courier decides to leave a non delivery card. Hopefully all will go well
