App is easy to use and convenient. However I had a terrible experience with your pharmacy. Usually the staff are really helpful and friendly but this time the pharmacist was incredibly patronising and rude. We have ordered this same medication previously numerous times, usually we’re just given it no problem. This time I was rudely spoken to because my daughters surname was incorrect on their system (but correct with the gp who prescribed and on the sticker on her prescription, and correct on every other of the numerous times we visit?), and the pharmacist insisted I tell him her weight for him to calculate the dosage despite this being on the prescription and I’d never been asked this before. He was very rude when I said I didn’t know and looked at me in disbelief, and was patronising when I had to phone my wife to check. He also asked if he had to mix the prescription for us or not which is clearly his job to know! Overall a terrible experience. Thankfully the other staff are generally lovely and can’t help enough, but this particular person needs to rethink his people skills (and general skills on how to communicate politely to another human being) if he wants to work in a person facing role.
