“You are very helpful & kind to me, however when Boots was here when they said your meds were ready it just meant picking up a bag. Sometimes I’m sat outside waiting for 5-10mins until they are bagged up. If u could have them already bagged & just ready to collect that would be great, especially when it’s raining.”
