It took 4 weeks for my order to be completed. I didn’t receive a notification to say my order is ready to collect although it says my order has been collected. Don’t know what’s going on. No communication either!

The app notified me that the prescription was going to be delivered yesterday and I still have not received the medication after waiting for it's arrival all of yesterday evening 3/9/21.
