Consult a pharmacist

This is a private service that we offer. For £10 we will complete a check inside both your ears to check for ear wax and your ears' general health. We will take photos and a video of the inside of each ear which if required can then be emailed to you for your records.

Do you have problems with excess ear wax? We offer a professional Ear Wax Micro-suction removal service. The service costs £10 to look in to your ears and then if ear wax is found, there is an additional charge of £45 for one or both ears to be treated. Please note that if you book an appointment for ear wax removal you should use olive oil drops or spay in your ears twice daily for TEN days prior to your appointment. This will soften the wax and make the procedure more successful. 

If you are planning on travelling outside of the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world. Please contact us to confirm your specific needs. The consultation is free, then if you want or need any vaccinations or medication these are charged per dose. We deliver an integrated weight management service to improve a patient's health and quality of life. The service provides psychological support and makes behavioral interventions, as well as interventions to increase physical activity and improve diet.

We offer free NHS ambulatory blood pressure monitoring to any patient that qualifies due to having a high standard blood pressure reading.

Our Pharmacist can start a new supply or provide repeat supplies of all oral contraceptive medications. After a private consultation with the pharmacist where your blood pressure and weight will be checked, the pharmacist can supply up to 12 months of your oral contraceptive medication on the NHS for free. This service means you do not need to visit your GP surgery to renew or reorder your contraceptive prescriptions. Supply is at the discretion of the pharmacist. This service can only be offered when a suitably qualified pharmacist is on duty. 


Alongside our Pharmacy we offer the COVID vaccine. You can walk-in or book an allocated timeslot that fits into your day, via NHS booking website

This service is for the provision of Emergency Hormonal Contraception on the NHS to people under the age of 25 years old. It requires a suitably qualified pharmacist to be on duty. Please check with the pharmacy for details.



Seasonal Influenza (Flu) vaccination is available every year to help protect both adults and children at risk of flu and its complications.

Our pharmacist can examine your outer ear with an otoscope and if you have an infection, they can supply antibiotic sprays or drops. The cost of the otoscope examination is £10 and if antibiotic treatment is required there is an extra charge of £2. Supply of treatments is at the discretion of the pharmacist. This service is only available if a suitably qualified pharmacist is on duty. Please contact the pharmacy for availability of this service.
