- Sean D.I requested four items : Propranolol, Mirtazapine, Sertraline and Thiamine. It says in the "prescription items" section that I received Half Beta-Prograne (Propranolol), Mirtazapine and Thiamine. Wrong! I received Mirtazapine, Sertraline and Thiamine. No Propranolol! So my request was incomplete and your records are wrong. The pharmacy is not at fault here. Not amused!
