- Phillip W.No notification taht order ready so phoned. Told yes so turned up, to find pharmacist on 'a short break' so unable to d/w! Would be helpful if 'short break was quantified and when it started so your poor customers had some idea of how long to wait! Can I suggest you look up the phrase 'customer sevice' and try to apply this principal?
