your pharmacist is a liability. what a disaster of a person to be in charge of health care. Stated that he would contact surgery yesterday and this morning said that he thought I was going to call them. I cannot trust someone who clearly cannot do the job and will be moving to the pharmacist next door

extremely slow service at Norbury Superdrug. This is a regular pattern. used the app to create a repeat prescription and it was absolute chaos. The pharmacist started a blame game stating it was the gp practice not creating a repeat ignoring completely that this process was initiated from the app. The pharmacist is out of his depth with the technology and process. the lady ahead of me was returning to him because of mistakes made the prior week.

The app did not seem to update, and there is no number available to call the pharmacy. I had to call my Doctor’s surgery 5 days later and they confirmed they had approved the order and it should be there. Once in the store I collected my order only to find the packaging was damaged and I only received about 1/4 of the tablets I should have. This is the second time this has now happened. I have put a new request on the 9th Feb and I fear the same thing will happen again as my request is still showing as pending approval. This app and the Superdrug pharmacy used to be brilliant - easy, efficient and quick. But it seems since Covid the service has gone rapidly downhill and I am strongly considering have my medication sent to another pharmacy.
