“The process takes too long. There are now 3 to go through. My local Doctor's surgery, the NHS, and my Pharmacist plus yourselves. I went for my check up at my Hospital 2 weeks ago,where I had multiple tests which meant I had more prescriptions needed urgently. I am still waiting. The whole process is ineffective and a mess. I am most disappointed at the lack of service. ”
