The app didn’t seem to be up to date with the process. Said GP needed to ok the prescription but they had sent it already to pharmacy. Pharmacy was waiting for a delivery. I ended up not carrying on with app and just waited a couple of days for pharmacy to have received delivery and I collected my prescription without checking app. But it seems really useful when I get used to app and the process is all smooth. Also says I’m 90% set up in settings but I need to link to nhs app I keep trying but it seems to not be linking My pharmacy says this app is really useless for them so I will keep trying to use it. Otherwise my GP uses GPiq app which is fine for ordering prescriptions too. I am on constant medication so what is good for my (amazing) pharmacy is good for me! Thank you for this app and happy new year!

The app is a bit difficult to navigate. It is not intuitive. I have to search around the app each time I need to order on behalf of my spouse, which is most of the time.

My tablets were issued by a different pharmaceutical company and I had to return them because of side effects. Now I have to order and wait much longer to collect the correct drugsthr correct brand of medicines by the correct pharmaceutical company pharmaceutical company, but I don't mind so long as they are correct.
