Pharmacy distributed leaflets promoting this service, but GP Centre stated they don't use Healthera, so my 1st order was processed manually and I received very late and I had almost run out of all of my medication. a bit disappointed for my 1st experience of using an app.

There seems to be a miscommunication between the pharmacy and app. Few occasions it says approved and ready for collection and it’s not ready when I go to collect. Also I’ve run out of ointment and it wasn’t approved so had to wait longer. Just easier to stick to ordering in pharmacy.
