I submitted the repeat prescription order on 4th October and received notification that the medicine would be ready for collection on 6th October. When i went to my allocated pharmacy on 10th October to collect the medicine I was told that my surgery had not released the prescription. When I spoke to my surgery they advised that they only received the prescription on 6th October. This was extremely frustrating and I do not see the benefit of requesting prescriptions on this app when it takes several days to reach the surgery. I will not be using again.
