This service provides access to sterile needles and syringes, and a sharps container for the return of used equipment. It also promotes safe injecting practice, reduces transmission of infections and acts as a gateway to other services.



This service will require the pharmacist to supervise the consumption of prescribed medicines at the point of dispensing in the pharmacy, ensuring that the dose has been administered to the patient.
