Really liking the app upto ordering my repeat prescription. Ordered all 6 items on my repeat prescription. informed that my prescription was ready to collect. Only to discover having made the journey to collect the prescription only four of the six items were ready to collect the other 2 having been totally ignored and had to reorder over the phone.
