A problem occurred this time in that I never had a notification that my prescriptions were ready to collect. The app constantly stated "pending approval". It was only by going into my local branch that I found out that it was ready for collection. If I had waited for the app notification, I would still be waiting for my medication several days after I was due to run out

Very slow service. Despite receiving notification via the app that my medicines were ready for collection, when I got there & having queued, I find that it hadn't been actioned

I submitted my order and after a week My prescription still had not been approved by my surgery. I phoned the surgery and was told that the request for my repeat prescription had not been received. I had to summit my prescription request via email to my doctor. Over two weeks after placing my order via the app I had the message via the app that my order was ready for collection. This is the second time that this has happened. I will not be using the app again, it is not fit for purpose.

GP approved, Superdrug did nothing. Superdrug app has one more chance

Quick service. Unlike last time when I had to go to pharmacy 2 weeks later to ask if it had been prepared . I always put order in 2 weeks before needed but I was panicking!
