I have a great deal of admiration for Overton Pharmacy but they are over worked and under staffed at the moment, the service they provide to the community is too valuable to loose. Therefore their staffing problems need to be resolved.

speed this time was impaired due to a misunderstanding of my PTSD between myself and my GP, which I need to rectify. I really like the service you provide, it is both very efficient and, important for me, the dependability helps me to deal with my PTSD.

my GP practice requires five working days notice to process repeat prescriptions, using healthera app it took 24 hours from ordering to collection and for the first time in the last three months the prescription was correct! Great service!
