Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations (flu jab) are available every year to help protect both adults at risk of flu and its complications. Provided through the NHS, we can vaccinate indivduals over the age of 18 who are in an NHS at-risk group or are over the age of 65.


Even if you are not eligible for an NHS flu jab, we provide private Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations to individuals to help protect you against the risks of getting flu.

This service is for confidential advice and for the provision of Emergency Hormonal Contraception.


Confidental professional advice on emergency hormonal contraception and supply of the appropriate medicine and support. Provided free of charge for individuals, through support of the Isle of Wight Council.


Referrals through online NHS 111 Emergency Prescriptions mean that individuals can obtain a small supply of prescription medicines if they have forgotten to order their prescriptions from their GP, lost their medicines or come away to the Island without them. Normal prescription charges apply.

Pharmacy First is an local Island NHS service that encourages patients to visit their local pharmacy first instead of going to their GP for a range of conditions which can be assessed and treated by pharmacists without charge.
