Once again using the tracking aspect was pointless, the items were delivered when the order still showed awaiting approval, final notified that the items were ready for delivery 7 day after I had received them

It would be better if the status of prescription was, if not real time, then as close to it as possible, both items ordered, so far, arrived in good time,but the status of the prescription was not updated from awaiting approval until after the items had been delivered.
