My recent experience was poor. I have already left a message with you. Your App indicated the prescriptions should be ready for collection within 48 hours of the initial request. My order was placed on the 9th August. You advised it was ready for collection on the 19th August! I had chased the order with the Rusthall Pharmacy on the 16th August and they told me it would e ready for the afternoon of the 17th. I collected the medications on the 18th. I was told by the pharmacy that in future I should initiate the repeat order direct with them. On that basis I do not see the point of using the APP. Can you please comment on my issues. In the past you haven’t replied to them! Regards, Philip Humphreys

We have been using this app for a few years now. It is very good and we have had no problems. So much easier than putting repeat prescription requests in at the surgery and saves a lot of time for everyone. I didn’t like the idea of medication going through the post like some of the other apps do. And all the staff at the Rusthall Surgery and Rusthall Pharmacy are really helpful and efficient The Man who delivers the medication is really nice too. 😊
