I didn’t like anything about this App The GP did not get the prescription when I was told it was waiting to get cleared by GP. So I had to call GP and order the medicine, which I received the following day, and the app was telling me it will be delivered in the next few days?!!! So it is not working properly and completely useless. I won’t be using this app again.

the service was poor has ordered 4 item which is clearly shown bur only 3 received and chemist said never received an order for them which they did as all 4 items are on as ordered so now have to reorder the Zapain

Tried to set up a schedule but a different name for my medication came up. I cancelled this and then set up a once only order. My scheduled order was cancelled and I was asked to collect my prescription for Ranolazine when I didn't need any.
