Microsuction is the method we use to remove excessive earwax. This is a safer method compared to water syringing as it less prone to infections or trauma as well as causing minimal discomfort. Using a microscope we are able to get a clear view of the wax in the ear canal which is then safely removed with a low power suction machine.
