Healthera is a free service that helps you manage your medicine, book services and explore treatments from your local pharmacy.
Does my pharmacy use Healthera?
We're currently helping more than 1,700 pharmacies in the UK provide people with a convenient, digital experience. Can't find your nominated pharmacy? No problem, we have partner pharmacies that deliver / cover nation-wide, so you can still use Healthera to order prescriptions, book services or explore treatments.
Do I need a Healthera account?
Yes - it's free to sign up and we take your privacy seriously. You can also cancel your account at any time, if you no longer need it (although we hope you'll find our service useful).
How do pharmacies benefit from Healthera?
Healthera helps pharmacies to improve their patient experience, leading to longer, happier relationships with the people in their care. If you're a pharmacy and would like to know more about how we can help, speak to our friendly team at a time that suits you.
Do I have to download the Healthera app?
No - you can use our website to access the care you need. However, you may find the additional tools we offer in our app helpful. It's free to download from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Does my GP need to be on Healthera too?
We work with virtually every GP in the UK. We work with pharmacies and use NHS-approved systems to make sure that your repeat prescription is approved by your GP. Did you know you can book services, such as vaccinations, blood pressure checks and more, at your pharmacy too?
Is Healthera safe to use?
Yes - we work with registered pharmacies and licensed clinicians to make sure that any medicine you request is suitable for your needs.
