- Kelly T.Order was not received by pharmacy, despite them being the ones pushing downloading the app and using it to order repeat prescriptions. Waste of time as I then had to re order through the doctors and wait another week until I could pick them up around work.

- Sally C.only received 2 items, questioned as to why, told thats all there was. rang docs and they confirmed that ALL medication had been authorised, when I phoned back I was told my prescription was ready to pick up! being in recovery from a cardiac arrest I had to rely on my daughter getting the rest of my medication the next day!

- Linda G.the whole process took longer than if I had dealt with the surgery directly myself. And I didn't get a message to say the prescription was ready to pick up from the pharmacy until I spoke to the staff in store when I physically went to see if it was ready and then they sent it from their computer in front of me to test if it was working.
