    They said prescription hadn't gone over which I had ordered on 17th I showed them on the app so had to go into medical centre then queue inly to be told it went to pharmacy on 20th so gave me the barcode to go back then queue again eventually they found it but then had to wait in queue for it to be dispensed! alot if my time wasted making me late to pick up my son and husband!

    my son has been on same meds for a few years listed on prescription, months ago a Doctor didn't put the Lamotrogine on for dispensing, so all months since it still keeps happening, it's on the scheduled app which I get update saying all dispensed ready for collection!! I go to pick up then know I have to open bag before leaving as Lamatrogine not included so I repeatedly have to tell them phaemacy say Dr not signed to do that one!!! I then have to always go to then queue at prescription desk & told we'll put it through for tomorrow then it should be ok next time!!! never is so I waste time & fuel back & forth which isn't easy for me!!!

    itwas ready today, so not like usual! even though last week I had a message to say ready for collection yet as like other occassions had to wait over 20mins!

    Users shouldn't have to enter there medications as mistakes can be made! it should come up automatically when you put in patient number etc., We never had to do it when in Telford on the app as our info was already on it.
