- Kay H.I had previously had trouble with my doctors’ surgery failing to act on the pharmacy’s requests for my repeat prescriptions. This has now been sorted out with the help of the pharmacy and my order (made using the app) was processed and dispensed quickly and with no problems.

- Guy P.It took too long for my prescription to be delivered. I ordered through the app on 16/9 and it was delivered today, 28/9. In the meantime I'd run out of one of my medicines. I can't afford for this service to be so unreliable, so will be changing to store pickup from now onwards.
