status updates on app are not working correctly. they are days behind actual events. I collected my prescription before app said it was even approved. pharmacy is excellent.

Easy and straightforward to use, could see how long my prescription would take to be ready and what stage it was at and also got a notification once it was ready to collect. Very convenient and helpful.

I got 2 texts.. 1 said it would be delivered between 10-3. another 1 said dispensed and ready for collection. I waited gor delivery but ended up collecting day after. that's why I didn't do review.
