Your online delivery system has consistently disappointed me, failing to deliver my medication twice since I started using your app. The first time, I missed a crucial delivery because I was at work during the delivery window, resulting in unnecessary distress and withdrawal symptoms from Paroxetine, a medication for depression and anxiety. Despite numerous emails confirming approvals from both myself and my doctor, I have yet to receive my medication after 20 days of waiting. This has caused me to miss deadlines, leave tasks incomplete, and struggle emotionally, including crying during teaching sessions due to the confusion caused by my untreated condition. When I called for assistance, the representative lacked empathy and failed to acknowledge my distress. It's imperative that you either overhaul your online system or revise your delivery policies. Additionally, you need to ensure your staff possess the empathy and communication skills necessary to assist patients effectively. This may involve providing training or hiring individuals with demonstrated empathy and respect for patients' situations. Absolutely, it's crucial to highlight the impracticality of expecting individuals to be available for delivery at 2 o'clock in the afternoon during weekdays, especially when many are at work. This underscores the need for a thorough reevaluation of the delivery policy to accommodate the schedules of customers. Your customers do not buy clothes they buy medications, they need your staffs’ best behaviour and empathy. Thanks
