“Hi, re your text about my experience of using the app. I've found the facility very helpful, once I've found my way around the site and how to process orders, add and delete medicines and With helpful feedback on order progress from the brilliant pharmacy in Stafford. Where I have struggled is when the site is altered without any warning or advice on how things are changing. The most recent example of opening the app and it suddenly defaulting to my e-mail address and an instruction to "submit". I eventually fathomed that this was a modification to the app and a good one as it introduces aline of security that didn't exist before. Sometimes the app appears to be not functioning for some unknown reason. Again, a text or e-mail explaining the problem would be good. Haven't yet found the order reminder facility that useful - different medicines run out at different times and I get different lengths of time for each - some 28 days, some 56 days, some as required, and whilst the app has been designed well to cope with such variances, my brain struggles and I am finding it helpful to count out the actual tablets remaining and then edit the app accordingly - when I can remember. In other words the app is good, the limitation is the idiot using it!! Seriously, all in all, excellent. Keep up the good work. Thanks ”
