- Thomas T.I ordered on app. App said after a few days that there was a problem with the order. I went to the pharmacy because something didn’t seem right and the order was there waiting for me. The app is rubbish

- Annette K.Order of meds fine, 4 working days after order still showing order not arrived contacted via app needed to collect running short, app status come up showing on all meds run out, phoned chemist they didn’t know what it meant apparently all meds were in apart from 2 items but could collect the rest, this could have been displayed on the app, this could have saved time and confusion

- Sara C.The prescription was actually ready to collect despite there being time left on the suggested readiness date. Better communication for the user would be appreciated so when the pharmacy prepares it ready for collection the app is then informed which triggers a notification to the user.

- Derek T.This app is great for so many reasons. it helps me with my tablet schedule and reminds me if I forget to take on time. I also love the fact of ordering my meds online and not having to call the pharmacy. it's a win win all around. I urge everyone to use this new app, you won't regret it.
