    it was not telling me that it had been authorised until I contacted the doctors and superdrug to find out.then it indicated that I could collect my items .when I already had.

    terrible. the prescription was approved by my GP on Weds but this did not show on the app until Monday, b which time I would have run out of pills the day before. too risky to use any more.
