12 days between ordering and “ready for collection notice” The App has made no difference, the pharmacy is overworked and does not always have the medication in stock. As a transplant patient I could do without the constant drama of ordering and picking up my order. Why can repeat prescriptions not be dispensed in three monthly timescales ? My transplant meds from the renal pharmacy are.

Had to phone up to see when my medication was ready to collect, which kind of defeats the purpose. Tried contacting by the app message service but did not get a response, hence the phone call. Definitely need to improve in this area. Eventually got a message my medication was ready to collect about a week after ordering and had already collected it.
