The system has much improved recently, but there have been issues with orders not having been processed in the past (and requested items not being ordered without a clear answer from both pharmacy and Surgery. I still get reminders for “items running low” when they aren’t in fact due. A “date order placed” notation would be a help in keeping track of items needed. Am pleased with the recent improvements, much better than sdsmyhealthcare

Something is not right here. My request was for 4 items on this occasion. 3 of the 4 items were ready and collected, with the 4th “delayed”. I had an email on 23/4 to say prescription ready for collection. Went to pick this up today (27th) and was advised it was not ready. Blame placed on GP. I note Healthera app has now been updated to say I collected item on 27th. I did not collect anything today. Don’t understand why this comment was made.
