I collected my prescription 14th April, but it is still showing "approved" in my basket and it should be complete. It appears that pharmacy do not input to software?? Will this affect my ongoing prescription orders??

My Doctors surgery is nothing short of useless! Twice I should have received a prescription to my pharmacy now of medication that is prescribed for my dangerously high blood pressure and twice it has failed to be sent through! I’ll just have a heart attack and die then shall I? Save everyone the bother! Never EVER even seen my doctor face to face just offered useless phone consultations! And now they withhold potentially life saving medication! Unbelievable! The system is dangerously broken!

Never received - doctors surgery not sent prescription through to pharmacy - as a result I am now out of a medication that controls my high blood pressure which is potentially very dangerous!
