Request was declined by Doctor, so reordered. Heard nothing so enquired at Doctors, who claimed it was with Chemist, on checking with chemist it wasn't there so I went back to Doctors who said it was at the other chemist who is not my nominated so had to wait for it to be sent back to my nominated chemist. This has happened the last three times I've needed my medication and just to make matters worse the tablets that I desperately need aren't available so I've now been three days running to be told that they are still not in stock. Also I now have a second set of meds awaiting collection so I assume the first lot were from the declined request. This service was excellent when it was first introduced however, it is now an absolute shambles. Not impressed at all!!!
