- Joan W.meds late and still some owed. no communication with pharmacy phones give recorded message then after a minute are so call is kicked off system everything. Have to keep travelling to pharmacy as app does not update . App says scripts are fulfilled after a long wait yet I am still owed meds My new batch of repeat dispensing scripts were sent for 6 months yet pharmacy say I have to wait on doctors approval as this is not their App but the surgeries. please advise
