- Andrew D.I ordered my usual meds on October 24th, via this healthera app. my doctors issued the script to the pharmacy that same day. I've since received countless emails stating problems with my request, and then a notification they would be delivered on Mon 6th Oct between 12-10pm. Still not been delivered. this health era app is appalling, as is the meds delivery service. if these meds and my conditions were life threatening I'd probably be dead by now!!! this DPP pharmacy's service leaves a lot to be desired. certainly room for improvement!!
