I would like to apologise to all the staff for my previous comment as I misunderstood the pharmacist who I spoke to on the 5th September and thought I was talking to someone from my pharmacy and ended up putting a bad review in the comments saying that they needed to be honest with their patients and customers when it wasn't my pharmacy I spoke to and I ended up offending the stuff at my pharmacy when I am nothing like this, I would never put a bad review on anything if I didn't feel I was correct and in this case I was totally wrong and feel really bad about what I have put. I would like to apologies to all the staff for my comment and offer my sincere apologies to all the staff and hope that you will except my apology. Kind Regards Richard Painter

being honest with customers and patients, I was told to come in for 8.30am on Tuesday 6th September only to be told that they don't open until 9am, not happy especially as I had an appointment in Worcester for 9am
