I can control to over load of notifications to some degree but being prompted to go to the app then it not being easy to find what the you need to attend to is poor. The app has too many levels that you need to dig down to.

Prescription rapidly made available. Friendly staff in the Dollar pharmacy. App still a bit flaky especially trying to find the order. Downside is that staff don’t ’interface’ with the app to check identity and script. Not good identifying name, street AND house number in busy shop.

I think the app is great but when we were out when delivery was attempted there was no message to say that delivery hadn’t happened. So we went to chemist to collect.

The app worked well this time although the amount of messages/email notifications are annoying. Need to be able to turn off notifications of ordering medication that is not required; it’s probably there somewhere. I have a real dislike of needing to give my name and address in public and there is no need to then need to have the staff repeat name, street number and street when handing medication over. As mentioned previously, during two of my previous episodes of missing prescription. Everyone in the pharmacy, if interested knew my name and medications. Not good.

I have already sent several comms to the app support. A person called Charley Bloy only requested clarification of which pharmacy as Dollar wasn’t on their system. At present the app still shows items are available to collect when two of the three were collected six days ago. The missing item was left up to me to chase up which although the ‘replacement’ prescription arriving three o’clock the previous day was not dispensed until 12 yesterday when I went in. It was the surgery’s fault the item was missed but the pharmacist seemed unable to take anything further as they are not trained in the system and asked if I had been successful in using the app before; which I had. After two calls back to the surgery and three visits to the pharmacy, the fourth was successful, but slow.
