App never updated till about 3wks later that my items were ready for collection. I phoned and collected meds about 4/5 days after requesting as app showed awaiting authorisation. Then about 3wks later it finally gave me the notification they were read to pick up 3 weeks after I'd already received them.

No response on app when asking about very late order was easier using the app that I had used from the GP surgery , it can tell you after 24 hours that your prescription has been approved , was meant to be delivered but in end had to go and ask at shop when I was running out of there was anything there for me
