- Thomas C.I again did not receive this important prescription so had to phone the pharmacy who was kind enough to contact the GP surgery - I don’t know whether the app is at fault or the Gp not being pro active in scanning prescriptions- I finally received the insulin and lansoprazol days late causing me anxiety .

- Thomas C.App seems to go off line frequently - mssgs saying “contact pharmacy” when I have had my prescription for days - having to seek help from the app coordinators for simple problems - but all in all I like the app and it’s general ease of use and convenience

- Thomas C.This was a previous order I had to phone my pharmacy to clear the system and had to give a verbal prescription to the pharmacist - this has happened twice before with delayed prescription items then warning of a fault and to contact my pharmacy.
