10 day turnaround time and no update of status during this time. Led to a double prescription because I had to order from the doctor before I ran out. Not confident in application and won’t use it again until I hear reliability issues have been addressed.

App not monitored regularly. After a lot of running around between the pharmacy and GP, I ended up asking my GP directly for my repeat prescription and taking it directly to the pharmacy. Only to have to wait for 3 days for a complete prescription. It took me nearly 3 weeks to get a complete prescription. Not happy will not be using the App again and may not use the pharmacy again.

Second time in a row I've had issues with my orders. Last time after a week my order was declined? Doctor did not know why! This time after a week no update on order just "pending" got prescription and only 1 box usually get 2? App is very unreliable that's twice I have almost ran out due to delay!!
